Show State of California ) ) ss. County of Los Angeles ) On this 24 day of May, 1901, before me, C. E. Allyn, a Notary Public personally appeared W. T. Heffernan, personally known to me to be the same person whose name is subscribed to the within instrument, as a witness thereto, who being by me first duly sworn, deposes and says: That he was personally present and saw Hall Han-Ion, (known to him to be the same person described in and who executed the said instrument), sign, seal and deliver the same, and that he the said W. T. Heffernan subscribed his name to said instrument as a witness. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my official seal the day and year first above written. (Seal) W. T.
