Show -10- Street, Jersey City, as the place of the first meeting of said Company. Dated, Jersey City, N. J. April 23, 1896. Lewis H. Pounds, Anthony H. Heber, Furman Baker, Archibald M. Ostrom, Charles N. King, Charles E. Hoffman, Jacob N. Strickler. The Chair presented a form of By-laws for the government and regulation of the affairs of the Company. The same was read by the Secretary, Article by Article and appear in full below. The following resolution was offered. Resolved That the following By-Laws for the government and regulation of the affairs of the Company be adopted as the By-Laws of this Company and that the same be spread upon the minutes. On Motion duly made and seconded the resolution was unanimously carried. By Laws. Article 1. Meetings of Stockholders. The annual meeting of the stockholders for the election of Directors, and for the transaction of such other business as may be proper, shall take place at the Company's principal office, in the State of New Jersey, on the first Tuesday after the first Monday of June, 1897, and in each year thereafter at noon.
