The maximum Difference between nozzle or draft tube water level and first free water surface above amount of water to be used through the penstock is 13,000 cubic feet per second. The maximum theoretical horsepower capable of being generated by the works is 81,230 88,636 horsepower. The use to which the power is Second feet X fall -r- 8.8 to be applied is for distribution and sale and pumping For distribution and sale or private use, etc. and incidental uses. The nature of the works by means of which power is to be developed is turbine or such portion not used or irr. purposes Turbine, Pelton wheel, hydraulic ram, etc. The water will be returned to Colorado River in SE% Name stream State 40-acre subdivision of SWy4 of Sec. 25, Tp. 16 S, R. 21 E., S. B. M. Supplemental Statement The attached application is made in connection with the use of water in and from the All-American Canal, and is supplementary to the rights of applicant by appropriation and under its contract with the United States hereinafter referred to. The All-American Canal Contract between applicant and the United States, dated December 1, 1932, provides for a capacity from Imperial Dam to Siphon Drop of 15,000 cubic feet of water per second and from Siphon Drop to Pilot Knob, the point designated in this application as the point where the power plant will be situated, of 13,000 cubic feet of water per second. It is proposed by applicant and applicant claims the right to divert from the Colorado River at the point indicated and to use water through the All-American Canal |
