Show __2__ thirty-six (36) in Township Sixteen (16) South, Range Twenty-one (21) East, San Bernardino Meridian, containing three hundred and eighteen and 51/100 (318 51/100) acres. Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof. To Have and to Hold all and singular the said premises, together with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part and to its successors and assigns forever, subject, however, to two certain leases, the first made and entered into by and between the parties of the first part and H. W. Blaisdell, Agent Paymaster Mining Company, and bearing date the 30th day of October, 1890; and the second made and entered into by and between the parties of the first part and the Golden Cross Mining & Milling Company, a corporation, bearing date May, 1895. This deed is made to amplify and correct that certain deed executed by Hall Hanlon on the 5th day of December, A. D. 1896.
