Show CALIFORNIA DEFENDANTS Exhibit No. 100 Identification: Feb. 14, 1957 Admitted: May 6, 1957 This Indenture, made this 26th day of February, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and three, between Hall Hanlon and Martha W. Hanlon, his wife, of the County of San Diego, State of California, parties of the first part, and The California Development Company, a corporation duly incorporated, organized and existing under the laws of the State of New Jersey, the party of the second part, Witnesseth: That the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Thirteen Thousand ($13,000) Dollars, gold coin of the United States of America, to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part, and to its successors and assigns forever, all our right, title and interest in and to all those certain lots, pieces or parcels of land situate, lying and being in the County of San Diego, State of California, and bounded and particularly described as follows, to-wit: Lots Three (3) and Four (4) of Section Twenty-five (25); Southeast quarter of Southeast quarter of Section twenty-six (26); lots one (1), two (2), three (3) and five (5), and Northwest quarter of Northeast quarter of Section thirty-five (35), and lot one (1) of Section |
