Show -2- the fractional north-east quarter of the south-west quarter (or lot five (5)), of section thirty-five (35); and lot one (1) of section thirty-six (36); all in township number sixteen (16) South of Range number twenty-one (21) East, of San Bernardino Base and Meridian, Containing three hundred and nineteen and 61/100 (319.61) acres, according to the United States Government Survey. Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof. To Have and to Hold, all and singular the said premises, together with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, and to its successors and assigns forever, subject, however, to a certain mortgage made and executed by said parties of the first part to S. W. Fer-gusson to secure the payment of Twenty-five hundred ($2500.00) Dollars and interest, which said mortgage bears date February 20th 1896. This deed is made to correct a certain other deed made by the parties of the first part to the party of the second part of the same premises, which said deed is dated December 14, 1896, and recorded in Book 259 of Deeds, at page 199, records of San Diego County, State of California.
