Show -2- Together with all and singular the tenements, heredi-ditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof. To Have and to Hold all and singular the said premises, together with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, and to its successors and assigns forever; subject, however, to two certain leases the first party made and entered into by and between the party of the first part and H. W. Blaisdell, Agent Paymaster Mining Company, and bearing date the 30th day of October, 1890; and the second made and entered into by and between the party of the first part and the Golden Cross Mining & Milling Company, a corporation, bearing date the .... day of May, 1895. This conveyance is made subject to the provisions of a certain agreement between the said parties of the first and second part of even date herewith.
