Harry Hawgood, ) Plaintiff, ) -vs- ) Complaint. The Colorado River Irrigation ) Company (a corporation), ) Defendant. ) The plaintiff complains of defendant, and alleges: I. That the defendant is a corporation duly organized, created and existing under the laws of the State of Colorado. II. That defendant is indebted to the plaintiff on an account in the sum of four thousand six hundred eighty-one 71/100 dollars, for services rendered by C. R. Rock-wood and C. N. Perry to defendant at its request, as civil engineers, between June 1, 1893, and April 1, 1894, and for moneys expended and paid out by said parties (who are the assignors of plaintiff), for said defendant at its request, in and about the business of said defendant. That said services were reasonably worth said sums, and defendant agreed to pay same. |
