Show A. S. C. E.The U of U chapter of the A.S.C.E. for the first time since its organization in 1924, 34 years ago, was rated the top student chapter in the West for its activities during 1958. The Utah chapter of the A.S.C.E. was selected from the chapters of the 22 schools in the 13 western states, including Hawaii and Alaska.
