Show SPURSUtah service organizationThe Spurs, a dues paying member of a national organization, is the sophomores women's service group. The fifty members are chosen at the end of their freshman year on the,basis of a 2.5 average and student activities. This year, the Spurs canvassed the classrooms for contributions to the Campus Chest Drive. They also continued their tradition of "singing valentines." The money madefrom this activity was also turned over to the Campus Chest. Feeling that the married students did not have ample opportunity to attend functions, the Spurs babysat in the Union Bldg. so that the married couples could attend activities designed for them.
