Show Tennis coaches Theron Parmelee and Harry James.Fresh from last year's Skyline Conference Championship, Utah's tennis squad had another outstanding season. Seven seems to have been the magic number for the Utes this year, for the Redskins from Utah won all of their matches by the score of 7-0. Utah played such teams as BYU, Utah State, and Montana. At the time of printing, Utah had virtually wrapped up the Western Division title, and hopes were high in Uteville for another Conference Championship. With such outstanding men as nationally ranked junior, Hy Saunders, returning letterman, and number one ranked Utah amateur, Wayne Pearee, and the very promising Joe Cowley, Utah has one of the finest tennis teams in the nation today.
