Besides being tall and handsome, he was patient, understanding, generous, loved classical music, appreciated good literature, demonstrated on several occasions that he could meet hard facts with bravery and composure, and was unques tionably a mechanical genius. Madelyn no longer felt a hesitan cy. She was ready to begin the life and destiny that had always been a part of her dream. Madelyn and Harold were married in the Salt Lake Temple on February 20, 1929. Both were twenty seven. |
