Show 162 Art. 3. The National Consultative Assembly shall consist of the Members elected in Tihran and the provinces, and shall be held in Tihran. The number of elected Members has been Art. 4.. ance fixed, in accord with the Electoral Law sixty-two, but in case of separately promulgated, at one hundred and necessity the number above-mentioned may be increased to two hundred, Art. 5.
