She reached over and took the collar from Josh's hand. She made Chinook stand, then stepped back for a better look. Alternately she shook her head or gave a little nod. "What's wrong?" Josh asked at last. "That's a beautiful dog, Joshua," she finally announced. "Where did you get him?" For a moment Josh panicked. Maybe she thought Chinook was stolen.
