CALIFORNIA DEFENDANTS Exhibit No. 86 Identification: Feb. 14, 1957 Admitted: MAY. Water Notice Feb. 20th, 1899 To Whom it may concern:- Notice is hereby given, that I, C. N. Perry, a citizen of the United States of America, and of the State of California, do for myself and the California Development Company, a corporation duly and lawfully organized under and by virtue of the laws of the State of New Jersey, and of the United States of America, on the 24th day of April, 1896, claim ten thousand (10000) cubic feet per second of the water of the Colorado River flowing by the intended point of diversion as follows: The intended point of diversion is located on the S. W. %. of Section 25 Tp. 16 S. R. 21 E. San Bernardino Base and Meridian, and being further described as a point of location on the West bank of the Colorado River in San Diego County, State of California, \% miles more or less up the River from the point where the International boundary line between the United States of America and the Republic of Mexico intersects the West bank of the Colorado River; the said point of diversion is more specifically described as extending from a point due East of the pumping plant of the Paymaster Mining Company, up the river a distance of 500 feet or more to a hill.
