Show Student marketing club members were (row 1) Roger Hansen, advisor, Carol Mills, Murray Sallenbach, Milton Matthews, acting department head, (row 2) Gregory Littlefield, Ray Broadbent, Dix Simpson, Clark Chytraus, Bart Grange, Bill Stewart, president, and Dan Allen.The American Marketing Association encouraged students to choose a career in marketing and to strive for scholarship and the advancement of science in marketing. Each month the club conducted a meeting with a special speaker or field trip. In the spring members enjoyed a canyon outing. A careers night was held in March, with several local businessmen speaking at the annual banquet.ENGINEERINGAMERICANMARKETINGASSN.The purpose of the national honorary civil engineering fraternity was to increase the efficiency of the civil engineering profession as an instrument of social betterment.
