Show HOME ECONOMICSThe Home Economics Club had as its purpose the development of leadership, talent, and sociability among women studying home economics. Membership was open to anyone enrolled in a home economics class. Club members were active in the state-wide Home Economics Month. During the month of March the club sponsored lectures, speakers, and a drive to obtain books for the library in the Home Economics Building. At Christmas time a Christmas tree Was taken to a local nursing home, and members presented a program.
