Show 1927 &.----------------------------s____jk UTONIAN I GRATITUDE Cover design and art work throughout designed by CLEON LARSON The job of editing a school annual is based largely on the Editor's dependence upon other people. In the first place, the support of the student body is primary, both in the sale of books and in the assembling of photos. The Photographer and his work fills in second place, and last but not least in any way, is the Engraver, Printer and Binder. The old idea of putting off until the last minute both in the buying of books and having photo's taken is very difficult to overcome. Mr. P. S. Ecker, however, deserves much credit for the exceptionally fine way in which he handled the photoghraphy for the "1927 Utonian." The making of some 2700 separate prints is a task which demands much personal attention, a responsibility and hard work. Mr. Ecker has completed the job in a very fine style and is certainly due the credit which he deserves. The managing and handling of the other three items aforementioned, that is Engraving, Printing and Binding, Mr. A. G. Wallin of the Paragon Printing Company, stands second to none in our opinion. He exhibits a constant endeavor to offer a pleasing and attractive service in a manner which impresses those people who work with him with a sincerity of purpose. The workmanship and mechanical service offered by the organization which Mr. Wallin has built around him has been in every instance satisfactory, while the planning, counsel and advice which we have received through our acquaintance with Mr. Wallin has been filled with complete pleasure and satisfaction. In conclusion we desire to say to all those people who aided us in acheiving and accomplishing our end, the "1927 Round-Up Utonian" we sincerely express our heartiest appreciation.
