Show DR. DON Don Lind became LIND, ASTRONAUT an VICTOR G. SAGERS astronaut in 1966. He was a space physicist at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Cen ter in Greenbelt, Maryland. He helped develop the first scientific station that Buzz Aldrin on Apollo deployed on the mOOD 11. Lind is a former Navy fighter pilot who was a back-up pilot for the last several Apollo space missions. He is presently a candidate for one or' NASA's Space Shuttle missions. Dr. Lind is the son of Leslie and Elizabeth W. Lind. He is a graduate of the University of utah and received a PhD. in high energy nuclear physics University of California at Berkeley. at the Victor Garret Sagers received his from the U. of U. He was a law degree in 1950 member of the House of Representatives, Salt Lake County deputy attorney, delegate to the utah Democratic convention, past president Midvale Kiwanis and a member of the American Trial Lawyers and Utah State Bar Associations. He is a veteran of World War II and has own law firm in Midvale. He married Phyllis Greenwood in 1909 and they have one daughter, Vicki. his GEORGE BARTON Dr. Don L. Lind, Utah's (Midvale's) astronaut. BEN G. BAGLEY Ben G. Bagley graduated from the University of utah School of Law in 1937 and Pehrson, to practice came with is wife, Marie in Midvale the next year.
