KIRKPATRICK was thereupon recalled to the witness stand for further examina-tion, and having been heretofore duly sworn herein, further tes-tified as follows: FURTHER CROSS EXAMINATION BY MR. FARNSWORTH: Q Mr. Kirkpatrick, there have been produced here a map and also an exhibit consisting of a few sheets, I think two, indicating the area along the rivers where the streams have been meandered. I refer to Defendant's Exhibit II, consisting of one sheet only, instead of two. ( Complainant's Exhibit 472 was thereupon marked by the reporter.) MR. FARNSWORTH: And also Plaintiff's Exhibit 472. Were those two exhibits prepared under your direction? A They were, yes. Q And from what data did you prepare them? A We prepared those from the official records of the Public Survey Office. Those are unaccepted surveys. The unaccepted surveys are those that the surveyors executed in the field, and as yet have not finally prepared their notes and |
