BLACKMAR: Q Will you state your name to the court please? A Hugh H. Hyde. Q Mr. Hyde, where do you live at the present time? A At Salt Lake, is my headquarters. Q What is your occupation? A Cable splicer for the Mountain States Telephone Company. Q Are you a relative of Frank Hyde, who has testified? A Yes sir, he is my father. Q Mr. Hyde, when and where were you born? A I was born in Monticello, in 1900. Q Have you spent any time on the San Juan river? A Yes sir. Q At what point? A Bluff, Utah. Q And at any other place? A No, not to speak of; I worked at Mexican Hat quite a bit; that is on the river. Q Have you ever used a boat on the San Juan river? |
