Q How far down did you go with those two boats? A I went with those two boats to Hole- in- the- Rock. Q You left them at that point? A Yes sir. Q And then later did you go to Klondike bar and see those two boats with the cargo they had? A Yes sir. Unloaded them. Q So you know they did arrive at Klondike bar? A Yes. Q How long did you remain on Klondike bar? A I remained on Klondike bar for about a year, that is, off and on, going in and out, and operated there for a year. Q How many boats did you have there on Klondike bar during your work on that bar? A I had maybe four or five boats; I went back up and made another trip down with a twenty- four foot boat. Q When you quit working on the Klondike bar, did you go back up stream with your boats? |
