That in the event the President is unable 2 to make a lease under the terms of the power herein granted 8 to him before the 1st duy of December, 1927, then the 4 United States shall maintain and operate said, properties 5 described in section 201, in compliance with the terms and 6 conditions set forth in sections 201, 202, 203, and 204, 7 of this Act, and under the power and authority prescribed 8 and granted in the following sections of this Act. 9 Sec. 207. That the President is hereby authorized and 10 empowered to designate any five persons to act as an organi- 11 zation committee for the purpose of organizing a corpora- 12 tion under authority of, and for the purposes enumerated J3 in this title. 14 ORGANIZATION 15 The persons ho designated shall, under their seals, make 10 an organization certificate, which shall specifically state 17 the name of the corporation to be organized, the place in 18 which its principal office is to be located, the amount of 19 capital stock, and the number of shares into which the same 20 w divided, and the fact that the certificate is made to enable 21 the corporation formed to avail itself of the advantages of this 22 title. The name of the corporation shall be The Muscle 23 Shouls Corporation. 24 The said organization certificate shall be acknowledged 25 before a judge of some court, of record or notary public, and |
