( Vol . 23 , pages 4104 et seq . ) Lands lying within ( the tho ) State of Utah were ( included hicluded ) in Executive Orders of ( May 2tay ) 17 , 1884 , ( November No-vember November ) ( 19 -19 ) , 18921 ( May iMay ) 15 , 1905 , and orders of the Secretary of the Interior of October 15 , 1907 , ( May -May May ) 28 , ( 1908 -1908 ) , ( July Xuly ) 17 , 1922 , and February 19 , 1929 .
