Still handicapped by the financial difficulties which have been omnipresent since the beginning of last year, the Apportionment Board capably fulfilled the duty of allotting funds for the support of the various student activities. ?The Board's careful handling of the appropriation, given by the State of Utah, enabled it to make a satisfactory financial distribution to the campus organizations. ? After the several activity managers have tendered accounts describing their specific requirements, it is the function of the committee to review diligently and to equalize these statements. ? Funds were ap- APPORTIONMENT BOARD portioned to the A. S. U. U., the athletic activities, dramatics, debating, The Chronicle, The Humbug, The Pen, The Utonian, the Extension Division, the Women's Athletic Association, the Associated Women Students, and to the musical activites which include the university band, the orchestra, and the men's and women's glee clubs. ? The Apportionment Board consists of the president and the treasurer of the student body, the university bursar, two faculty members and two upper classmen. Herbert B.
