Steps have been taken now to raise the necessary funds for the erection of the central gate.COMMENCEMENT 1912 PROGRAM.-Sunday evening, June 2-Baccalaureate Sermon, Rev. Frank Brainard of Ogden. Monday, June 3-President's reception to graduating class. Tuesday, June 4-Class exercises and Alumni meetings. Wednesday, June 5-Commencement procession; Alumni banquet at Hotel Utah in the evening.GROUND-BREAKING DAY.-On Monday, July 8th, 1912, ground was broken for the Administration building with impressive ceremonies. Governor Spry, Chairman W. W. Riter of the Board of Regents, President Kings-bury, and others of note in the state participated in the exercises. Music was furnished by a brass band. The location of the corners of the building was marked by engineers' stakes and the spots were occupied by the summei school students from different sections of the state. A group of Alumni stood where the main entrance of the building was to be. The exercises at the corners were concluded with the planting of American plans by the geograph- |
