Show :Review of the Debating SeasonTHE University students may look back upon this debating season with pride, in spite of the fact that out of four debates Utah received only one favorable decision. For a number of years past our debaters have held up a certain ideal to guide them in their work. They believe that the best debater is the one, who, without memorizing his speech, can give a good, logical argument entirely devoid of oratorical tricks or appeals to the populace. The men who represented the University this year have constantly followed this ideal. Never before have our men worked harder or trained more faithfully so it is with entire consistency, that we may look back upon this season as a successful one.ResultsQUESTION: Resolved, that the general policy of regulating Oriental immigration should be extended to the Slavonic, Italic and Hellenic races of Southeastern Europe,U. of U.
