Show MINUTES Of The Winter Southern District Conference Held November 1, 1910 - Sugar Loaf Cafe, Cedar City, Utah District and Director, Clara Knell, extended a welcome to the State Officers, visiting members. The following State Officers were introduced: Vay Madsen Membership chairman, Southern District Membership chairman, Northern District. - DeLone Peterson .• - Ruth Allen Recording Secretary Marion A. Behunin Treasurer - - Helen Dahle 1st Vice President Helen O'Brien President Alene Hansen 2nd Vice President - - - President Knell introduced the decoration committee and thanked them for the lovely decorations. Members were: Ruth Erma Blancae Dotson, Cox, Ada Jones and Merna Hansik. She introduced each club president, who made brief call was conducted as follows: Beaver Cedar 12 City Matheson, remarks, and a roll present 33 present :t-1ilford 2 Panguitch 0 Richfield 4 present Zion 6 present present Christine Winterrose entertained the group Qy singing two musical selections: "The Rosetl and "Moon Lady". She was accompanied on the piano by Marilyn Perry. President Knell then introduced 2nd Vice conducted the remainder of the meeting. President, Alene Hanson, who Vay Madsen, MemberShip chairman for the Southern part of the state spoke briefly of the prospective club membership of St. George and asked for our cooperationo Peterson, Membership chairman for the Northern part of the state spoke of the possibility of renewing Kanab's membership. Challenged us DeLone members to interest friends and relatives. our National office, also membership as Brochures can be obtained from promotional items. |
