Arletta was asked by oth$r districts to invite Alberta to jOin with tbem in by-laws 'meeting prior ,to eonvention. Members, Members present approved of Alberta represent'ing the N. District. did not feel that the District Dues should ,be raised, but agreed t ha t Alberta should work wi th other districts represent tng us, to present unified plans to by-laws committee, etc. Members present agreed' to have an Early June District Council 2 P.M., June 24 Same place, to finish plans for Summer Meeting picn.ic and a.ppoint a Comml t.t ee to work on District By-Laws if present State BrLas are approed or not.
