Show The Northern District Spring Conference was held on April 4, 1971 at 1:15 p.m. at Utah State University, Logan. The Confiar.ence was hosted by the Presentation of colors by the Color Guard from Girl Scout Cache Valley BPW Club. The meeting was called to order and presided over Troop No. 377 was conducted. Lorraine introduced state and district by Lorraine Porter, District Director. officers as well as club presidents in attendance. State officers present for, Mable O'Brien, State President; Helen Dahle, 1st Vice-prsident; the Conference were: Alene Hansen, second vice-president;, Ruth A1len, secretary; Mariah state treasurer; and Delone Peterson, meraber sh'l.p chairman, northern Behunin, J£i-eM?rdding district. Lorraine introduced Ranae Taggart, President of the Cache Valley BPW Club who welcomed guests on behalf of the hostess club.
