Show '2-17 SOUTHERN DISTRICT COUNCIL & ANNUAL ELECTION MEETING -April 16, A district council and annual election meeting delegates met at the Flying M Cafe at 7:20 p.m. Present: District Officers Sargent, Edna Karla Hulet, Beaver held immediately preceding the Saturday, April 16, 1966.
