Show 3432 Nims- C 1455 hand to the reporter and ask him to mark it. MR. FARNSWORTH: May the reporter change the marks on the first four to Defendant's Exhibits No. 1, 2, 3 and 4 instead of A, B, C and D. ( Said numbers were accordingly changed.) MR. COLLINS: That is the junction of the Green and Grand ( indicating). MR. FARNSWORTH: Who identified yours? MR. COLLINS: He did it, Mr. Nims. MR. FARNSWORTH: If he can identify yours, I don't see why he can not identify ours. THE SPECIAL MASTER: I suppose there are some he can identify and some he can not; I suppose Mr. Collins found that. Let him identify as many as he can, that is all. Why not let the plaintiff put in the whole bunch, just let them be given plaintiff's exhibit numbers? How many are there there? ( Complainant's Exhibits 178 to 191, inclusive, were thereupon marked by the reporter.) MR. FARNSWORTH: Be looking those over. I will ask you about the later. ( Complainant's Exhibits 192 to 220, inclusive, were thereupon marked by the reporter.) |
