Show 3405 Nims- C 1428 FRANKLIN A. NIMS was thereupon recalled to the stand for further examination, and testified as follows: FURTHER CROSS EXAMINATION BY MR. FARNSWORTH: Q You spoke of Mr. Brown being drowned, or meeting with an accident that resulted in his death in Marble canyon? A Yes sir. Q A considerable distance below Lees Ferry? A About twelve or fifteen miles below. Q You have brought here, Mr. Nims, various pictures that have been received in evidence. I assume that they are not all of your pictures? A No, they are not. Q Who selected the pictures that you brought here, from the mass of your pictures taken on the trip? A I didn't have all of the pictures; the few that I did get I found in Denver afterwards, from the estate of T. C. Henry, who was one of the directors of the company. Q Were all of the pictures that you were able to find that were taken on either of these expeditions introduced in evidence here yesterday, or are there a number of others that were not brought here?
