Show 1 in the public interest for recreation purposes. The costs of 2 the aforesaid undertakings, and the costs of the project allo- 3 cated to fish and wildlife enhancement, including costs of 4 investigation, planning, Federal operation and maintenance, 5 and an appropriate share of joint costs of the project, shall be 6 nonreimbursable. Nothing herein shall limit the authority of 7 the Secretary granted by existing provisions of law relating 8 to recreation development of water resource projects, or dis- 9 position of public lands for recreational purposes. 10 SEC. 7. The use of all water diverted for this project 11 from the Colorado River system shall be subject to and con- 12 trolled by the Colorado River compact, the Boulder Canyon 13 Project Act (45 Stat. 1057; 43 U.S.C. 617t), and the 1 4 Mexican Water Treaty (Treaty Series 994) (59 Stat. 15 1219). 1 6 SEC. 8. There is hereby authorized to fee appropriated, 1' out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appro priaxeu? sucn sums as may DC requncQ to curry our me nur poses of this Aet. 90 SEC. 8.
