Show EXPLANATORY (CONTINUED) are to be constructed, one midway and one at the lower end of the penstock. The number of wheels employed in the development of power will be four (4), y the size of the wheels will be twenty-nine (29) inch, and the output in horsepower vi.1] be b,000. The power thus produced will be used for light and power services in Cedar City and Cedar City Vailey. After having passed through said wheels the water will be returned to the penstock or water supply line and all or part of the water discharged into Cedar City water distribution system <ix\<i used during the entire year for domestic, industrial and stock watering purpose, and/or all or part of the water maybe discharged into Shurtz Creek and Coal Creek, or new canals and laterals to be constructed and red!verted with the direct flow from the natural channel of said creek into existing canals, the names and points of rediversion hereinafter stated, where said water will be used April 1 to Ocober 31, inclusive, as a supplemental supply for the irrigation of 24,000 acres of cropland in Iron County, including 20.000 acres now irrigated and 4,000 acres new land to be irrigated, the irrigated acreage being embraced within the legal subdivisions hereinafter stated, c 4 i /•y£> • S Uk'M.
