To cooperate in getting reported releases by Commissioner of Bureau of Reclamation m&& the Secretary of the Interior so that the same may bo referred back to Utah. 2. To cooperate to obtain $20,000.00 from the Board of gxaaiaors for the use of the Utah Water and Fewer fteard, $10,000.90 of which will be used to make a survey as to the feasibility of the Kolob site for water for Cedar City and vicinity. Cedar City end vicinity to pay any additional for this survey if needed, $10t000.00 to be used to study and locate an additional or substitute reservoir of equal desirability either for Berrleame aad Weehiegton County or Cedar City aad vicinity. 3. Motor and Power Board shall assign 5,000 acre faet of ths early priority filings to Kolob Project and Is to utilise tha Kolob site storage filing. 4. Hurricane and Washington County shall Immediately build the Kolob Bern. 5. Hurricane and Washington County shall have the use of all the water of tha Kolob Dam for five years commencing with If54. 6. After five years, if the Mala Frojeet has not been completed, and provided further that mo additional or substitute reservoir as hereinabove referred to has been completed, th«m aad in that event, Cedar City and vicinity shall have two-fifths of tho wator of the Kolob alto aad the balance shall be utilised by Hurricane aad Washington Comaty. 7. If en equally desirable site bee bean obtained for Cedar City and vicinity ia accordance herewith, Cedar City and vicinity will, after construction of the reservoir thereon, relinquish ail of its right, title aad Interest ia the Xolub site to Hnrrleaao and ©aahingtoa County.
