All waste disposal conducted by Respondents pu'rsuant this Order shall comply, with all requirements of CERCLA, 42 U.S.C. § 9601-9675, thereunder. and all regulations and to guidance promulgated 39. Respondents shall cooperate and coordinate with each other in the perfor.mance of activities required by this Order. IX. REPORTING REQUIREMENTS 40. Beginning thirty (30) days after EPA approves Respondents' Work Plan or seven (7) days before construction activities ,begin, whichever occurs first and during the course. of Work under this Order, Respondents shall submit the following reports to EPA and the . State: Weekly Progress. Respondents shall submit weekly progress reports containing the following information and any information required by the Work Plan: a. (1) descrition of the actions taken toward ,achieving compliance with this Order, including plans and actions completed ... during the reporting period; (2) A A description and estimate the Work of the percentage of completed; \. (3) description of any activities that devd.aced from or were carried out in addition to those provided for in the Work Plan, which occurred the A during reporting peiod; Summaries of (4,) - significant findings pertaining to during the reporting period; the removal action (5) ..
