Show Reporting 39. Kennecott shall submit a written progress report to EPA describing actions undertaken pursuant to this Order and its management reports verifying contractor work as follows: on the second working day of every other week after the effective date of this Order during removal activities; and on the seventh working day of every month during the planning activities, unless otherwise directed by the Project Coordinator. These reports shall describe all activities listed in the attached Work Plan as well as significant developments during the preceding period, including: actions performed and any problems encountered, analytical data received during the reporting period, developments anticipated during the next reporting period, a schedule of actions to be performed, anticipated problems and planned. resolutions of past or anticipated problems. 40. Kennecott shall also submit the following information in monthly reports: The volumes of material moved daily, weekly and monthly from the Phase I Herriman Residential Soils Removal Action Area to the repository and the volumes of backfill transported to the Herriman staging area; sampling and analysis of the backfill; and air monitoring data. Final Report 41. Within 120 days after completion of all Work required under this Order, Kennecott shall submit for EPA review and approval a final report summarizing the actions taken to comply with this Order. The final report shall include a summary of events, the location of the Site, the treatment/disposal approach followed, community relations activities, listing of quantities and types of materials removed off-site or handled on-site, a listing of the ultimate destination of those materials, a presentation of the analytical results of all sampling and analyses performed, and accompanying appendices containing all relevant documentation generated during the removal action. The final report shall also include the following certification signed by a person who supervised or directed the preparation of that report: Under penalty of law, I certify that to the best of my knowledge, after appropriate inquiries of all relevant persons involved in the preparation of the report, the information submitted is true, accurate, and complete. I am aware that there are significant penalties for submitting false information; including the possibility of fine and imprisonment for knowing violations. Access to Property and Information 42. Kennecott shall provide access to those portions of its property on which activities - will be conducted, including the repository. Kennecott shall provide access to all records and documentation related to this Order and the conditions at the Site and the actions conducted pursuant to this Order.
