SAFETY· Site Health and Safety (H&S) plan for all anticipated activities at the Site must be developed and submitted to EPA prior to initiation of work on Site, pursuant to the Order. The H&S plan shall cover anticipated activities and personnel for both Phases of work under this Order. The plan shall address required training, medical monitoring, and personnel health and safety. In additi.on, a site specific safety plan shall be developed for Site activiies. A , A. REQUIRED TRAINING All by personnel on-site shall complete the training required the Occupational Health and Safety Agency (OSHA) (1910.120) for Documentation of EPA B. . workers on waste hazardous sites. such training shall be provided to the prior.to anyon-site activities. MEDICAL 'MONITORING A medical monitoring program for:workers on-site shall be as required by OSHA. ' established C.
