Direct contact, ingestion, inhalation, and inhalation, resulting_ in ingestion of the lead and/or arsenic contaminated soils and dust pose the primary exposure pathways. RELEASE OR THREAT OF RELEASE During site assessment (1990 1992) activities, EPA identified lead and arsenic in the soil of residential properties 14. - in the vicinity of Bingham Creek Channel as a potential threae to human health and welfare.
