Show -, '" EPA Docket No. CEllCLA-Vm-93-10 PROJECT MANAGER. x. 43. o Within seven (7) days ON-SCENE COORDINATOR of the effective date of this Order, Respondents shall designate a technical Project Manager and an A1ternate project Manager and shall notify EPA in writing of their names, titles, affiliations, addresses, and telephone numbers. The Project Manager shall be responsible for overseeing implementation of this Oraer. To the maximum extent possible, communications.concerning technical aspects of this Order shall be coordinated through the Project Manager for Respondents and the On-Scene Coordinator designated by EPA. Respondents' Alternate Project manager shall receive communications if. the E·PA retains the right to Proj ecc Manager is unavailable. disapprove of any Project Manager or A1ternate Project: Manager desigateQ by Respondents. . Respondents may replace their Proj ect Manag.er or' Project Manager by notifying EPA's' On-Scene Coordinator in-writing of the replacement's name, title, affiliation, address, and telephone number at least f.ive., (S} days before the replacement. 44. Alternate 45. The EPA On-Scene Coordinator has the authority vested in the On-seene Coorainator by the NCP., The absence of the EPA On-Scene Coordinator from the Site shall not be a cause for stoppage or delay of Work. XI • SITE ACCESS AND SAMPLING shall in no way hinder or impede access by their authorized representatives to the Si.te or any other areas where th Work is conducted. Respondents shall.noe. prohibit such persons m.being.present on the Site O such other azeas at any and all times or. from observing any and all Work conducted pursuant· to this' Order. All- persons who engage in activity under this Order shall be available to and shall cooperate with EPA in its oversight of" Work under this Order. 46. Respondents EPA, -the S.tate, or .
