Respondents shall cooperate and coordinate with each other in the perfor.mance of activities required by this Order. IX. REPORTING REQUIREMENTS 40. Beginning thirty (30) days after EPA approves Respondents' Work 'Plan or seven (7) days before construction activities.begin, whichever occurs first and during the course, of Work under this Order, Respondents shall submit the following reports to EPA and . the State: a. Weekly Progress.
