I do not agree with Attem.' s idea that it is the same thing as Chamberlin's O. completus. The latter differs from this species in the following ways: (1) size larger; (2) legs greenish; (3) the fourth dorsal plate with incomplete paired sulci; (4) ventral plates with paired sulci deep and complete. 1930 17. Makiling, Los Banos, (C. F. Baker). Type: holotype, M.C.Z. (No. 1993); paratype, Chamberlin's collection, University of Utah (P. I. No. 277). I do not agree with Attems in considertng this species as a variety of O. tuberculatus pauperatus Attems. This species differs from that variety and species in the following ways: 1920 (1) antennae composed of seventeen articles; only first four pairs of legs with two tarsal (2) tergites margined from spines. tenth caudad; (3) |
