Sp. 32. Acladocricus philippinus N. Sp. Figs. 87-92 Head reddish brown, flavescent along the median sulcus; antennae, collum, legs and anal segment darker; prozonites flavous, metazonites ferruginous. Head smooth, sulcus complete, the vertigial and clypeal portion deeper; eyes rounded tri angular, the caudal margin longer, ocelli on external side larger; antennae moderate, the first joint the shortest, others subequal, the last one completely pilose, the others pilose only on the inner and lower part, (see Fig. 87). Sensory cones of antennae from 27 to 29 in 7 rows while numbers of ocelli 33 to 37 in 6 rows. Foveolae 2 2. Collum smooth, its anterior border only very slightly margined, slightly pointed below with the angle rounded. Second tergite produced below level of the collum as usual and with eight or a few more longitudinal curved furrows on each side, (see Fig. 88). Comparable sulci pres ent on other present on behind the tergites - by numerous transverse lines on prozonite, but none are being smooth in appearance dorsally. Pores located just collum the longest and the narrowest, second plate the shortest, and represented metazonites above these cross lines. The at mid-body region the broadest. tergite short and not very robust, each joint with only one spine. Male with tarsal pads to Legs the last pair of legs, a round short apophysis on the coxa of the fifth pair of legs: one spine behind the claw (Fig. 89). |
