Show 7206 Grimm- 5187 THE SPECIAL MASTER: There is one question I had in mind, you may agree on it. There is a conflict in the testimony as to where the Richardson party loaded its drilling equipment. Mr. Yokey testified it was loaded on to that barge at Halverson• fs ranch. Mr. Wimmer testifies it was loaded at his ranch. Mr. Sawyer testifies it was loaded at the Wimmer ranch. Mr. Richardson didn• ft testify, as far as I recall, which ranch. Now, is there any doubt as to which ranch it was? Mr. Yokey is probably mistaken on it. MR. BLACKMAN: I think so. MR. FARNSWORTH: I don• ft suppose either one of us would make any point over that, anyway. THE SPECIAL MASTER: I noticed the conflict in the testimony, and I thought you better stipulate, in order to get that conflict out of the way. Can• ft be any doubt as to which ranch it was, simply who was mistaken. MR. BLACKMAR: I will get hold of Captain Yokey and see what he says about it. I don• ft know whether he is still here or not. I will have it checked up. THE SPECIAL MASTER: Just have that checked up. There is just one question I want to ask Mr. Wimmer. |
