A Passengers, small freight, anything that was to go that we could haul on that boat. Q If you can, tell us in weight what loads you have carried on the Chandler, approximately. A The biggest load, you mean? Q No. I don't want you to pick out a single big load. But when you had it with a heavy load on it, what would you say -- what was your heavier load? A well, I have hauled ten passengers in it, and I have had as high two tons on it; a ton or twenty- five hundred made a good load on it, a fair load. A Yes, I have had as high as two tons on it; it would haul two tons. |
