Show Secretary of the Interior, with power vested in him to authorize their performance or the performance of any of his functions by any of such officers, agencies, and employees, by 1950 Reorg. "Secretary of the Interior or such officer as he may designate" was substituted for "Commissioner of the General Land Office" by 1946 Reorg. Plan No. 3. . . .±/ § 323. STATES IN WHICH CHAPTER APPLIES. Sections 321--323, 325 and 327--329 of this title shall only apply to and take effect in the States of California, y Colorado, Oregon, Nevada, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Utah, Wyoming, Arizona, New Mexico, and North and South Dakota. PILING IRRIGATION PLAN] ASSOCIATION OP ENTRYMEN.
