The United States of America, To all to whom these presents shall come, Greeting: Whereas, a Certificate of the Register of the Land Office at Los Angeles, California, has been deposited in the General Land Office, whereby it appears that full payment has been made by the claimant Herman G. Thomas, Assignee of Mills E. Fletcher, according to the provisions of the Act of Congress approved March 3, 1877, entitled "An Act to provide for the sale of desert lands in certain States and Territories," as amended by the Act of March 3, 1891, for the Tract one hundred forty-one in Township seven south of Range twenty-two east of the San Bernardino Meridian, California, containing one hundred sixty-one acres and eighty-eight hun-dredths of an acre, according to the Official Plat of the Survey of the said Land, returned to the General Land Office by the Surveyor-General: Now know ye, That the United States of America, in consideration of the premises, and in conformity with the several Acts of Congress in such case made and provided, has given and granted, and by these presents does give and grant, unto the said claimant and to the heirs of the said claimant the Tract above described; to have and to hold the same, together with all the rights, privileges, immunities, and appurtenances, of whatsoever nature, thereunto belonging, unto the said claimant and to the heirs and assigns of the said claimant forever; subject to any vested and accrued water rights for mining, agricultural, manufacturing, or other purposes, and |
