Stewart, Assistant Secretary of the Palo Verde Mutual Water Company, a corporation, do hereby certify that Emma W. Fillmore is the owner of 160 shares of the capital stock of said corporation and that said stock is located on the S. W. % of Section 8, T. 8 S., R. 22 E., S. B. B. & M., in the County of Riverside, State of California, and that said land is susceptible of irrigation from the system of the Palo Verde Mutual Water Company. And I further certify that less than 90,000 shares of the capital stock of said corporation has been subscribed for or issued. And I further certify that said corporation did, on the 20th day of September, 1915, file in the United States Land Office, at Los Angeles, California, record evidence showing the title of Palo Verde Land and Water Company, a corporation, to and its right to convey the irrigating system and water rights now owned by said Palo Verde Mutual Water Company.
