HOWE, of San Diego County, State of California, being duly sworn, says: That he is a citizen of the United States, over twenty-one years of age, and is not a party to this action; that he is the Editor in Chief and business manager of the Imperial Press, a newspaper printed and published weekly in the said San Diego County, State of California; that the notice of intention to make final proof, of which the annexed is a printed copy, was published in said newspaper for a period of six weeks, and in each and every issue thereof from February 8th, 1902, to March 15th, 1902, inclusive. /s/ E.
